Liam qualified with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Administration from Plymouth University. After graduating, he worked for a large Accountancy and Financial Advisory practice where he gained an in depth and wide knowledge of the financial services industry. He is a qualified pension transfer specialist and, since joining Waterhouse Financial Advisers Ltd, his knowledge of Investments, Pensions and Trusts has enabled him to add to the comprehensive scope to the advice we offer. Transferring out of a Final Salary scheme is unlikely to be in the best interests of most people.

Elizabeth joined Waterhouse Financial Advisers Ltd in June 2005 as a Paraplanner, she then qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser in 2008 and finally as a Level 4 Financial Adviser in 2017. She has built an excellent reputation whilst advising many clients on such matters as Retirement Planning, Investments, Pension Drawdown, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning.

In addition to his expertise in equity release, he provides valuable support in developing drawdown strategies, offering tailored investment advice, and planning for inheritance tax (IHT).

He has helped numerous families and individuals with their protection needs in areas such as life assurance, critical illness cover and income protection. Lawrence prides himself on being professional whilst at the same time being approachable.
